How do I request an early check-in / late check-out?

As per hotel policies, the standard check-in time is at 2 pm and the check-out time is 12 pm. Please call the hotel directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Direct hotel phone numbers can be found on your email confirmation or on the hotel information page.

What is the minimum age to check-in?

Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?

The maximum capacity of your room is stated in the Booking confirmation. Extra charges will be applied for additional people. To modify the number of guests, please make a change through the link on your booking confirmation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

After completing the booking and sending us your booking details, you will get an automatic e-mail containing your confirmation number. The Booking confirmation serves as a voucher for your stay. Therefore, please do not forget to print it out and bring it with you as it contains all the important details for the check-in process.

Why do you require my credit card details for bookings?

Your credit card details are required by hotels in most cases as a guarantee for your reservation in case of late cancellation or "no-show". The hotels have the right to pre-authorize your credit card. Therefore, please ensure that your credit card is valid. Please note that if you book a non-refundable rate, there are special conditions applied and your credit card will be charged in advance. Please acknowledge the payment and cancellation policies of each room rate before proceeding with the reservation.

Can I cancel or make changes to my booking?

My credit card has been charged by the hotel, although I changed or cancelled my reservation in time. How can I get a refund?

Please contact the hotel directly as all the cancellation fees are debited directly by the hotel. Refunds can be made only through the hotel.
